The Ashland Schools Foundation (ASF), in partnership with the Ashland Kiwanis,
is proud to present this fun event to raise awareness of ASF
and to raise money for the Ashland public schools!
2nd annual Monster Dash Halloween Fun Run
Sunday, October 31st
just before the children’s Halloween parade in downtown Ashland
1:30 pm - COSTUME CONTEST
2:00 pm - 5-K Run
2:10 pm - 1 mile Fun Run-Walk
Both runs begin and end in Lithia Park around the corner from the main Plaza in Ashland.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Register by October 16 for the cheapest registration fees. T-shirts (design pictured above) are optional at a cost of $8 each, but must be ordered by October 16. You may register for the event in several ways:
1) Online - registration is being handled by Active.com. Click on the "register here" button below, and you will arrive at the registration site. Each person is registered separately, and there is an online fee for each registration.
2) By mail/fax/drop-off - download the registration form below. You must use one registration form per participant! Each form must have the waiver signed. Fill out and mail, fax, or deliver to Ashland Schools Foundation. Information is on the form. Note: if you fax in the form, please call 541-482-8197 for a confirmation that your fax was received.
Race Registration Dates/Fees
by Oct 16: Adult - $15, Child (11& under) - $10, t-shirt $8
Oct 17-28: Adult - $20, Child - $10, too late for t-shirt!
Oct 29 - 31: Adult - $25, Child - $10, too late for t-shirt!
*dates are as received by ASF.

The costume contest is open to all REGISTERED participants. Judging begins at 1:30pm.
